Reservation & cancellation policy

General terms and conditions

Arrival and departure time: The hotel room is made available to the guest starting from 12.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by the customer by 10.00 on the day of departure.

Booking

- must be received in writing (by e-mail, fax or post), indicating your data with address and telephone and the arrival and departure dates;
- be guaranteed by confirmation deposit or credit card;
- give staff authorization to apply the clauses provided in case of cancellation (cancellation policy).

Cancellations

Any cancellations/changes to the reservation must be received in writing (by e-mail, fax or post).

The cancellations / changes of the reservation communicated within 7 days before the arrival do not involve any penalty.

In case of a no-show without notice at least 7 days in advance, the hotel will keep the amount paid as a deposit. In case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to a penalty payment, equal to the cost of 3 nights, in addition to those already spent in the hotel.
